I've told you the Warne smoking story, haven't I? He's captain and then the Puffers would obviously have Tuffers. In fact, I suspect the Smokers would be largely made up of maverick spinners.
Danish Kaneria is a chain-smoker, so that's a three-spin attack.
Virat Kohli allegedly likes a drag. He'd be decent. Flintoff. Chris Martin apparently, too.
I have no evidence for this but I bet Afridi likes a drag.
Chaminda Vaas smoked regularly. Can't imagine it's easy for the quicks to keep puffing.
