The Old Batsman
The consolations of a cricketing life

Two jobs
It took a couple of days, but now we know what Duncan Fletcher will be doing while Hampshire boys Giles White and Tony Middleton
'decide how to use his talents'
. He'll be
working with South Africa
.
The only downside for Fletch seems to be that he's required to wear something described, rather sinisterly, as 'a uniform'. Enduring image, isn't it.
